Usage
The QLEO.code is a state-of-the-art electronic bolt lock that has been specially developed for use in metal cabinets. It replaces conventional locks and offers a secure and user-friendly locking solution. It is ideal for tool cabinets, metal cabinets and lockers in various environments such as workshops, storage rooms, offices and gyms.
Mounting and operation
How is the lock installed? Installing the QLEO.code is simple and straightforward. It can be mounted using the existing fixing points of your cabinet or locker without the need for additional drilling. The mounting holes of the locker handle are standardised and are compatible with those of BURG, Ronis and Euro-Locks. No tools are required to fit the lock, but you may need to fix the push bars in place.

Which batteries should be used?
-The use of high-quality brand batteries is absolutely essential for the lock to function correctly. The locking systems are approved ex works for the specified VARTA brand industrial batteries. The use of other batteries can lead to a reduced number of possible locking cycles. In addition, limited functionality and/or functional problems are likely. Experience shows that other batteries, even with the same specifications, have different performance characteristics. Therefore, BURG does not guarantee the (functionality) of the lock when using batteries other than those specified above.

3. Intended use
The Flexo Q.Code is an electronic lock specifically designed for metal cabinets. Not suitable for wooden or plastic cabinets. Not intended for outdoor use (no IP protection).

- Easy installation in standardized cut-outs; compatible with BURG, Ronis and Euro-Locks. No drilling required.
- Tools required for fixing locking bars.

The Rod Set (2-piece, 1007 mm) is a perforated, galvanised rod set for implementing a 2-point locking system in combination with a suitable rod receiver (item number: W-ZRI-01). It is ideal for lockers, cabinets and furniture where reliable locking at the top and bottom is to be implemented via a compatible lock. Features 2-point locking can be implemented – ensures the door is held securely by locking at two points (in combination with W-ZRI-01). 1007 mm length – suitable for many common cabinet and locker applications where continuous rod guidance is required. Perforated design – makes adjustment and installation easier, as the perforations support flexible positioning. Galvanised surface – provides increased corrosion protection and therefore a longer service life in daily use. High lock compatibility – can be used with all locks that have a BURG bolt receiver B. Versatile use – compatible with electronic RFID and code locks, cam locks, locker locks, combination locks and furniture locks (provided BURG bolt receiver B is present).
