The QLEO.RFID is an advanced electronic metal locker lock that offers you a first-class security solution with RFID function. With its innovative features and user-friendly operation, it is the ideal choice for tool cabinets, lockers and metal lockers. The state-of-the-art electronic bolt lock, specially developed for use in metal lockers. It enables reliable and secure locking without the use of a conventional key. The QLEO.RFID is ideal for tool cabinets, metal cabinets and lockers in various environments such as workshops, storage rooms, offices and gyms.

Assembly and operation
Installing the QLEO.RFID is simple and straightforward. It can be mounted using the existing fixing points of your cabinet or locker without the need for additional drilling. By clipping it into the standard installation hole and inserting the batteries, the lock is immediately ready for use. The RFID version of the QLEO is operated with conventional transponder cards, chips or wristbands. This requires the RFID standard Mifare Classic or Mifare DesFire.

Which batteries should be used?
The use of high-quality brand batteries is absolutely essential for the lock to function correctly. The locking systems are approved ex works for the specified VARTA brand industrial batteries. The use of other batteries can lead to a reduced number of possible locking cycles. In addition, limited functionality and/or functional problems are likely. Experience shows that other batteries, even with the same specifications, have different performance characteristics. Therefore, BURG does not guarantee the (functionality) of the lock when using batteries other than those specified above. .

This product complies with the applicable EU safety requirements.
3. Important safety information
- Mounting cut-out: 45 × 47 mm. Designed as a 1:1 replacement for mechanical handle shells – no additional drilling required.
- The lock is securely fixed by clipping, without additional screws or nuts.
- Use only with compatible RFID transponders (MIFARE® Classic or MIFARE® DESFire).
- Correctly configure private or multiuser mode; observe occupancy indication.
4. Use of own transponders
Requirements: Own transponder media must meet specific technical requirements, such as compatible frequency, memory capacity and clear identification for assignment. We recommend contacting our customer service in advance to ensure smooth integration. We also recommend ordering a sample beforehand to test compatibility on site.

Please note that no warranty claims can be made for transponders provided by the user. We accept no liability for any damage, malfunctions or incompatibilities resulting from the use of third-party transponders. Ensure that the transponders used meet the technical requirements to guarantee smooth operation.
5. Battery information
- Required: 2 × CR123A lithium batteries (high-quality brand batteries recommended).
- User-replaceable at any time.
- Battery life: up to approx. 25,000 locking cycles per set.
6. Maintenance and service life
- Regularly check whether the clipping mechanism is correctly engaged.
- Replace batteries in good time to avoid malfunctions.
- Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaners or solvents.
7. Disposal
- Dispose of electronic parts and batteries separately and properly via appropriate collection points.
- Do not dispose of in household waste.
8. Target users / age recommendation
For professional adult users. Children may operate the lock only under supervision.
