Electronic code and RFID lock TwinPad for wooden furniture, lockers and doorsThe TwinPad electronic furniture lock offers you the option of using the lock both by entering a code and with an RFID transponder. The common reading methods MIFARE® Classic 1K and MIFARE® DESFire Evo are supported as RFID transponder media. Installation and operation The unit can be mounted in the desired location using the enclosed screws. After the connection cable and batteries have been placed correctly, the lock can be used. It is possible to use the lock in multi-user mode (multi-user authorization) or to set it to private mode (permanently assigned authorization). That means that up to 27 transponders can interact with the lock simultaneously. BURG offers both a transponder card as well as a transponder chip. BURG offers compatible transponders. If you use transponders from another manufacturer, we cannot guarantee flawless function.  Which batteries should be used? -The use of high-quality brand batteries is absolutely essential for the lock to function correctly. The locking systems are approved ex works for the specified VARTA brand industrial batteries. The use of other batteries can lead to a reduced number of possible locking cycles. In addition, limited functionality and/or functional problems are likely. Experience shows that other batteries, even with the same specifications, have different performance characteristics. Therefore, BURG does not guarantee the (functionality) of the lock when using batteries other than those specified above.
