Electronic RFID Lock Flexo.RFID for Wood and Steel Furniture
The Flexo.RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) sets a new standard. It has been developed for the leading RFID standards (MIFARE® Classic 1K and MIFARE® DESFire EV). With its three authorization levels (Master, Manager, and User), the locking system offers high flexibility in operation. Like all locks in the Flexo series, the RFID variant allows both recessed installation (Flush-Fit) and retrofitting (Retro-Fit). This allows an existing system to be conveniently and quickly upgraded or transformed into a modern stylish design with Flush-Fit. The innovative design lock - Made in Germany - enables the secure storage of personal items in offices, schools, and sports facilities.
Installation and Operation
The lock can be directly installed in our standardized mounting hole (Retro-Fit) 16x19mm. Alternatively, a 45x47mm mounting hole can be chosen, allowing the lock to be recessed and visually enhanced (Flush-Fit).

The lock is secured with an M19 nut and can optionally be supplemented with anti-rotation protection (see suitable accessories). By presenting a transponder card or transponder chip, the lock is released. It is then opened or closed by a 90° turning motion. In doing so, the bolt mounted on the back moves to a locking angle, preventing the door from opening. If a user card is lost, the lock can be opened at any time with the Master or Manager card.

Important to Note!
To use all functions of the lock, at least 3 cards are required, and the mode change can only be set via the separately available mode change card. For sample orders, we recommend ordering the starter set. The necessary batteries are not included as standard! We recommend using original VARTA 1/2 AA batteries, as this ensures proper operation from our side! You can order the batteries directly from our shop.

3. Important safety information
- Mount either in standardized cut-out (Retro-Fit 16×19 mm) or recessed version (Flush-Fit 45×47 mm).
- Fix lock with M19 nut; use anti-rotation device if necessary.
- Use only with compatible RFID transponders (MIFARE® Classic 1K, MIFARE® DESFire EV).
- Correctly configure the three authorization levels (Master, Manager, User).
- Note occupancy indication when using MIFARE® Classic 1K.
4. Use of own transponders
Requirements: Own transponder media must meet compatible frequency, memory capacity and clear identification requirements. We recommend contacting our customer service in advance and testing with a sample.

No liability or warranty claims are accepted for self-provided transponders. Any damage, malfunction or incompatibility caused by third-party transponders is the responsibility of the user. Ensure compliance with technical requirements.
5. Battery information
- Required: 2 × CR123A lithium batteries (high-quality brand batteries recommended).
- External battery access allows replacement without removing the lock.
- User-replaceable at any time.
6. Maintenance and service life
- One battery set (2 × CR123A) provides on average approx. 25,000 locking cycles.
- Replace batteries promptly when range decreases or warning signals occur.
- Check mechanical fixings regularly and retighten if necessary.
- Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaners or solvents.
7. Disposal
- Dispose of electronic parts and batteries separately and properly via appropriate collection points.
- Do not dispose of in household waste.
8. Target users / age recommendation
For professional adult users. Children may operate the lock only under supervision.
