The adapter is suitable for common furniture materials such as chipboard, MDF, engineered wood, and metal panels, provided an 18x22 mm cutout is available. Do I need special tools for installation? Usually not. The adapter is placed into the existing 18x22 mm drill hole, and the 16x19 mm furniture lock is then installed as usual. Depending on the material, slight pressure or a small wooden or rubber mallet may be helpful.

It is ideal for lockers, cabinets and furniture where reliable locking at the top and bottom is to be implemented via a compatible lock. Features 2-point locking can be implemented – ensures the door is held securely by locking at two points (in combination with W-ZRI-01). 1007 mm length – suitable for many common cabinet and locker applications where continuous rod guidance is required. Perforated design – makes adjustment and installation easier, as the perforations support flexible positioning. Galvanised surface – provides increased corrosion protection and therefore a longer service life in daily use. High lock compatibility – can be used with all locks that have a BURG bolt receiver B. The set is used to implement a 2-point locking system (top/bottom) on doors of lockers, cabinets or furniture – in combination with the W-ZRI-01 rod receiver. Which locks is the set compatible with? It is compatible with all locks that have a BURG bolt receiver B – including RFID and code locks as well as cam, locker, combination and furniture locks. Do I need additional accessories for installation? To implement the 2-point locking system, it is intended to be used in combination with the rod receiver (W-ZRI-01). Whether any additional mounting material is required depends on your door/cabinet design. Why is galvanising important? The galvanised surface protects the rods better against corrosion and is therefore particularly suitable for high-traffic applications. What does “perforated” mean in practice? The perforations support fixing the rods to the rod receiver for a secure hold.

With the Sector Card Set, you can alternatively write to a different sector. This increases the potential usability of RFID cards, especially in cases where Sector 15 is already assigned by other systems or previous configurations. How to use the Sector Card: Hold the desired sector card (Sector Card 1 to 15) in the center of the lock. Two long signal tones and the green LED confirm a successful operation. Function Note: By holding the sector card to the lock, the Flexo RFID Lock is reconfigured to the selected sector. All newly programmed cards will then be encoded using this selected sector. Sector Card Set – For Sector Configuration on the Transponder Release Box The sector card set allows targeted configuration of the memory sector used by the Transponder Release Box. By default, Sector 15 is used when programming transponders. If this sector is already occupied by other applications, transponders may not be correctly read or written. Using the sector cards (Sectors 1 to 15), the Transponder Release Box can be configured so that all newly programmed transponders are encoded on the selected sector. This increases compatibility and flexibility when using different RFID systems – especially in environments where multiple solutions are used in parallel. How to Use the Sector Card: Hold the desired sector card (1 to 15) in the center of the Transponder Release Box. Two long signal tones and a green LED light confirm successful sector change. Function Note: After a successful change, the Transponder Release Box will store new authorizations exclusively on the selected sector.
