The glass furniture lock with 25mm backset is a locking solution for single leaf glass doors. This cam lock is suitable various display cases with one glass door.
How to install and use the glass door lock?
The glass cabinet lock requires a round 20mm mounting hole in the door of the glass object. From the inside of the glass door, the lock is pushed out through the hole and tightened to the door with an M19 nut. To use, one of various furniture lock exchangeable cores for this is needed to set the mechanism inside the glass lever lock in motion. To open the lock, the matching BURG key must be inserted and turned, causing the locking bolt to move radially.
What are the advantages of the glass wing door lock?
With the help of the rubber coating on the housing, the glass front does not scratch from the cabinet and supports the long-lasting preservation of it. The glass cam lock is very modular and leaves open the option of replacing the cylinder core without replacing the entire lock. Through the Repro ("Reproduction") option, new locking systems are handcrafted according to the desired locking. The new product can be used with the existing keys (X-profile). This makes it possible to renew or expand the system without having to issue new keys. Due to the manual production, the products of the RePro line have a slightly longer delivery time. With the help of the assembly set (not included in the scope of delivery), the cylinders of your BURG furniture lock can be removed, provided that they are not locked.
