Arbor dimension
The arbor dimension is the distance from the centre of the locking system (axis of the cylinder) to the outermost outer edge of the bolt. The correct arbor dimension is decisive for the closing behaviour of the lock. If the arbor dimension is too high, the bolt may strike and not close.
