UID
The UID code (Unique Identification) is the serial number of a transponder. Like a car number plate, this serial number is unique, permanently assigned and unchangeably stored in the chip. The locking system can identify the transponder medium with the help of the UID code. With the help of an RFID reader, this internal code - represented as a hexadecimal code - can be read but not changed.
