HITAG
HITAG is an RFID technology that uses the low frequency band (125 kHz). Secure data transmission is ensured by passive transponders which, in addition to the UID code (Unique Identification), store further data from 64 bit up to 2048 bit in defined memory areas. The memory areas can be provided with password protection. Hitag allows the reading and writing of the memory areas of transponder media, e.g. with company identification, card number, credit for canteens or the locker occupancy identification.
