Keyed alike
Keyed alike or keyed alike means that several locks of the same design can be closed with only one key. Example: For window locks, one key is usually used to operate all window locks in the house. In older vehicles, the door lock, ignition, glove compartment and fuel filler cap can be operated with the same key. Other locking systems such as padlocks, cam locks and furniture locks can also be keyed alike.
